Active Ingredient:
Cymoxanil 30% + Famoxadone 22.5%
Artemis: is a broad-spectrum fungicide, preventative with systemic and curative properties recommended for the control of many important plant diseases. Artemis has a great mixture of two effective active ingredients that applied as a foliar spray. Artemis, contains the active ingredient Famoxadone which belonged to Strobilurin group. It has a systemic and translaminar properties. In addition, Cymoxanil which belonged to Cyanoacetamide oxime .it is a fungicide effective against Oomycetes with a systemic affect and good protective activity.
Mode of action:
Artemis: is a fungicide contains Famoxadone with protectant, curative, eradicate, which inhibit spore germination and mycelial growth also shows antisporulant activity. It inhibits of the Qo (quinone outside) site within the electron transport system in mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer between cytochrome b and cytochrome c1. As well as Cymoxanil is a fungicide with local systemic activity against plant diseases caused by fungi belonging to the Oomycetes such as Phytophthora spp., Peronospora, and Plasmopara spp.
Product properties:
- It was developed for control wide range of plant disease such as downy mildews, late blights, early blight, powdery mildew, leaf spots, crown and root rots for grapes, potatoes, tomatoes, and other vegetables.
- It preferred to apply it on plants prior to or just after symptoms appeared in order to have a high control effect of the disease.
