Exchange and return policy:
You have 14 days from the date you received any item to apply for an exchange or return.
Conditions for returning products:
Return requirements:
• Proof of purchase (sealed request from the company)
• Contact customer service during official working hours from nine in the morning until five in the evening, in the event of receiving a damaged or incomplete product during the shipping process. In this case, the product will be returned or exchanged.
• The product to be returned or replaced will be examined, and if it turns out that there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded.
• The response will be made within a maximum period of 5 working days from the receipt of the returned product by the competent team.
• If it was found during the inspection process that the product to be returned is free of the reason mentioned in the request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the customer in its condition.
How to send the product?
We will arrange a date to receive the product to be returned within 5 working days of submitting the request. And it will be attempted to receive it from the customer twice on two different days. If we are unable to receive the product within the two deadlines, the return request will be cancelled.
